Terms
Terms of Use
Please read these terms before using WorkLinkHub. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. They are written in plain English and are not legal advice.
Last updated: September 2026 · Version 1.1
1. What WorkLinkHub is
WorkLinkHub is a platform that connects people with opportunities, other people, businesses, services and information — including jobs, courses, accommodation, events, community activities, volunteering, mentoring, grants, funding and tenders.
WorkLinkHub is a connection and discovery service. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, landlord, letting agent, training provider, funding body, or provider of the services you find here, unless we clearly say so.
2. No guarantees — always verify
WorkLinkHub does not guarantee employers, jobs, accommodation, grants, funding, tenders, courses, services, businesses or other users. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, available or suitable for you, and we do not vet every member or organisation.
You should independently verify information before making any financial, employment, housing, educational or other important decision. Never send money, documents or personal identification to someone you have not verified.
Matches, suggestions and recommendations are discovery tools to help you find things that may be relevant. They are not offers, approvals or guarantees of any outcome — including employment, interviews, accommodation, grants, funding, business support or a successful connection.
Where WorkLinkHub links to a third-party website, employer, provider, public body or funding portal, that organisation is responsible for its own service and information, including its accuracy and availability.
3. Opportunities from external sources
Some opportunities shown on WorkLinkHub are imported from external sources such as official portals, public bodies and approved providers. Imported items are identified as such and keep a link to their original source.
Official grants, funding opportunities and tenders always retain their original source link. Always open the official source and check current eligibility, deadlines, amounts, terms and application requirements before applying. Where information is missing at source, WorkLinkHub shows it as unknown rather than guessing.
4. Your account
- You must give accurate registration details and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for everything posted or sent from your account.
- Accounts for young people have extra protections and restrictions.
- You may close your account at any time.
5. Rules — what is not allowed
The following are prohibited anywhere on WorkLinkHub:
- Scams, fraud, money requests under false pretences, or any deceptive financial scheme.
- Fake jobs, fake businesses, fake organisations or fake listings.
- Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
- Hate speech or discriminatory content, including on grounds of race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, gender, sexual orientation, family status or membership of the Traveller community.
- Sexual or inappropriate content of any kind involving minors, and any sexual content directed at a young person.
- Illegal goods, illegal services or illegal work arrangements.
- Impersonating another person, business or organisation.
- Misleading information, including false claims about pay, conditions, accommodation, fees, qualifications or funding.
- Misuse of another person's personal information, including sharing or publishing it without their permission.
6. Personal information you post
Do not publicly expose private information — your own or anyone else's — such as date of birth, private email address, phone number, identification documents or financial details. Information stays private unless you have explicitly chosen to make an allowed field public.
WorkLinkHub never publicly displays your date of birth.
7. Content you publish
You keep ownership of the content you publish. You give WorkLinkHub permission to display and distribute it on the platform so it can be shown to other users as intended.
You must have the right to publish what you post, including any photos.
8. Reporting and enforcement
Every post, listing and profile can be reported using the Report option. Reports are private and are seen only by authorised WorkLinkHub administrators.
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put people at risk.
9. Health & Medical Directory
WorkLinkHub may display listings for GP practices, medical centres, clinics and other healthcare or support services. This information may come from official or publicly available sources, and is provided for information and discovery purposes only.
WorkLinkHub does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency medical services. WorkLinkHub does not recommend, endorse or guarantee any healthcare provider or practitioner unless we explicitly say otherwise.
Inclusion in the directory does not mean a provider is employed by, affiliated with, approved by or recommended by WorkLinkHub.
Contact details, opening hours, services, Medical Card participation, availability and other healthcare information can change. Please verify anything important directly with the healthcare provider before relying on it.
In an emergency in Ireland, call 112 or 999.
Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, WorkLinkHub is not responsible for medical decisions or treatment outcomes resulting from use of directory information.
10. Liability
WorkLinkHub is provided on an 'as is' basis while it continues to develop. To the extent permitted by law, WorkLinkHub is not liable for loss arising from dealings between users, from third-party listings or external sources, or from decisions taken based on information found on the platform.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law.
11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms as WorkLinkHub grows; the date above shows the latest version. WorkLinkHub is based in Ireland and these terms are governed by Irish law. As we expand internationally, local law may also apply to you.
